These Terms govern your use of RosterCoach at rostercoach.pro. By creating an account or using the site, you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 to create an account, and of the legal age for sports wagering in your jurisdiction (21+ in many places) to use the betting-related content. You are responsible for ensuring your use is lawful where you live. RosterCoach is not available where prohibited.
2. What RosterCoach is — and isn't
RosterCoach provides free fantasy tools and a paid subscription to model-generated MLB betting signals. We are not a sportsbook; we do not accept or place wagers or handle betting funds. All picks, signals, projections, and analysis are for entertainment and informational purposes only and are not betting, financial, or investment advice. We do not guarantee any outcome, and past performance does not guarantee future results. Bets you place are your decision and your risk. See our Disclaimer.
3. Your account
Provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and don't share your account. You are responsible for activity under your account, and should notify us of any unauthorized use.
4. Subscriptions, billing & cancellation
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) through Stripe at the price shown when you subscribe, and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your account page; cancellation stops future renewals and you keep access through the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable and we do not provide partial-period refunds. Founder pricing, where offered, stays at your locked rate only while your subscription remains continuously active. We may change prices for future billing periods with notice.
5. Acceptable use
Don't resell or redistribute our picks or content, scrape or access the service by automated means, attempt to bypass the paywall or security, reverse engineer the service, or use it to break the law. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
6. Intellectual property
The site, models, content, and branding are owned by RosterCoach. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the service for its intended purpose. Third-party data and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
7. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, RosterCoach and its creators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any betting or financial losses, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.
8. Responsible gambling
Please bet responsibly and only what you can afford to lose. If you or someone you know has a gambling problem, call 1-800-GAMBLER.
9. Changes, termination & governing law
We may modify or discontinue the service and may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept them. You may stop using the service at any time. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
